Here's a look at what's new in AccelByte Cloud 3.6.0:

  • Downloadable Dedicated Server Artifacts

The latest version of AccelByte Cloud includes the ability to download dedicated server artifacts, which can help you troubleshoot any issues that arise with a server. These artifacts can be downloaded in either the Historical Logs or the Matchmaking History in the Admin Portal.

    NOTE
To keep your data secure, we recommend disabling this feature in production environments.
  • Sub-Game Modes Give New Options to Players

AccelByte Cloud 3.6.0 includes the ability to use sub-game modes for matchmaking. With sub-game modes, you can offer multiple game modes for players to choose from when they initiate matchmaking.

  • Access Log Viewer for Quick Troubleshooting

The new Access Log Viewer is a tool that can be used to review all traffic that comes into AccelByte Cloud services, which is useful for troubleshooting. You can view all requests and responses made to each service to diagnose any issue you may encounter.

  • New Logs in Function Menu

Users who use Augment to create their own functions can now troubleshoot those functions more easily by accessing the logs for their functions in the Admin Portal.

Bug Fixes and Minor Changes

  • Fix a GDPR violation issue that exposed to banned players the contact information of the person who banned them.
  • Fix an issue that occasionally allowed banned players to log into the game.
  • Fixed an issue where users were unable to login with their Microsoft credentials, even after 3rd party login with Microsoft was integrated.
